The Instrument Rental site was made and installed for IPSF in Irvine California as an easy way to rent out their huge inventory of instruments to students during the school year.

This system comes complete with agreement generator, report creator/printer, reports to pdf printer, parent and school management and rental time period or sessions as they are called. It keeps complete track of instrument inventory and won’t allow reservations beyond the available inventory of instruments.

It is connected to Authorize.net to allow parents to register and checkout right on the site and pay by credit card to reserve any instrument.

The system was created on top of PostgreSQL database system for more stability over regular MySQL database structures.
